Your daily tasks will include

☁️ Collaborating with your Digital Advisory team to drive success and develop advisory services in the market

☁️ Analyzing use cases, business values, and benefits to create innovative and effective digital solutions

☁️ Collaborating with your stakeholders across IT and business to develop and align IT strategy with business objectives

☁️ Assessing and recommending the appropriate tools, processes, and technologies to support the digital roadmap

☁️ Evaluating existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

☁️ Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-Level management, business unit managers, and software developers

☁️ Oversee and guide cross-functional teams in the implementation of digital transformation initiatives

☁️ Monitoring and reporting on the progress and success of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery

☁️ Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital transformation, IT strategy, and technology

The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ Strong understanding of IT strategy, digital transformation, and business processes gained through several years of experience in a related role

⭐️ Proven track record in managing and implementing digital transformation projects and initiatives and ability to lead cross-functional teams

⭐️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, time management and organizational skills

⭐️ Proven knowledge of various technology domains, Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, with a focus on cloud architectures, and preferably with one of the hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, or Azure), is preferred

⭐️ Proficient in identifying and leveraging sales opportunities, presenting, and negotiating them confidently to drive business growth and foster customer satisfaction

 ⭐️ Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly

 ⭐️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
