Your daily tasks will include

☁️ strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to maximize performance and ROI

☁️ developing and managing effective paid advertising campaigns to achieve lead generation and conversion goals

☁️ collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to integrate paid campaign initiatives into broader marketing strategies and sales funnels

☁️ analyzing campaign data to derive actionable insights and continuously enhance performance

☁️ staying updated on digital advertising trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge

The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ a strong passion for performance marketing and a results-driven mindset

⭐️ several years of experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns, ideally in the B2B sector 

⭐️ proven expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising, and other major ad platforms, with a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs 

⭐️ exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies

⭐️ a strategic thinker who can map out campaign initiatives and connect them with the right audience at the right time

⭐️ strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with our great international team

⭐️ excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English
