Bid Manager (m/f/x)
Manage the end-to-end bid process, from identifying relevant tenders, analyzing tender documents and crafting winning proposals to coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Your daily tasks will include
☁️ conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify potential bid opportunities focusing on the public sector in Austria
☁️ monitoring public and customer specific tender platforms and developing high-quality, tailored proposals and bids that align with the tender specifications
☁️ collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical experts, legal, and finance, to gather insights and information necessary for compelling bid
☁️ developing and executing effective bid strategies, ensuring that pricing, technical solutions, and service offerings meet client requirements while aligning with company goals
☁️ identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with bids through collaborative team efforts
☁️ fostering strong client relationships while also ensuring bid compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining meticulous records for future reference
☁️ negotiating with clients on tenders, pricing, and legal matters, and coordinating with subcontractors
The following will make you succeed in this role
⭐️ proven experience in either bid management or software procurement management in the Austrian market
⭐️ excellent project management and organizational skills
⭐️ attention to detail and strong analytical skills
⭐️ knowledge of Austrian business practices and regulations
⭐️ excellent communication skills in German and good proficiency in English, both spoken and written
