Senior People & Culture Generalist (m/f/x)
As a Senior People & Culture Generalist you will build a strong connection with the local business through consulting them on all People & Culture related matters. Your expertise in Organizational Development and Change will be critical in designing and implementing change management strategies to support our growth on a global scale. You will be collaborating with managers and employees on a local and global level to establish adaptive organizational structures and processes in line with our culture and respective regulations.
Your key responsibilities are:
☁️ Partner to the Business & People: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance to support their objectives and drive business & people success. Address and resolve employee concerns and issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment, offering P&C services.
☁️ Change Management: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational transformation projects, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum engagement. Provide guidance and a supportive environment to leaders and employees during times of change.
☁️ Organizational Development: Designing concepts and guiding end-to-end implementation of P&C projects on a local and global scale, enhancing organizational effectiveness (incl. stakeholder management and project management practices). Ensuring fit to agile working practices in a project-based organization.
☁️ Collaboration & Communication: Successfully communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams beyond country boarder. Building strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, understanding their interests and needs to create pragmatic solutions. Bringing people together :)
The following will make you succeed in this role:
⭐️ Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR / People & Culture, with at least 2 years on organizational development & change. Previous experience in the IT industry or a related sector is highly preferred.
⭐️ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
⭐️ Skills & Competencies:
- Business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into People & Culture practices and actions.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in German and English.
- Positive attitude towards change; Adaptability and getting-things-done attitude in a fast-paced work environment (organic and inorganic growth).
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to build relationships across borders and cultures.

For Austria: The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is 52.136 euros/year in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.
