We are seeking an experienced Azure Solutions Architect to design, implement, and lead enterprise-level cloud initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Azure technologies with strong leadership abilities to drive cloud transformation projects and deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

Your daily tasks will include

☁️ Designing, implementing, and maintaining technical ownership of cloud architectures in customer projects.

☁️ Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement Azure cloud architectures, automation strategies, and standardized solutions.

☁️ Evaluating existing solutions, proposing architectural improvements, and guiding clients through cloud strategy development and migration roadmap planning.

☁️ Establishing and optimizing operating models for cloud infrastructure in production environments while implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.

☁️ Mentoring teams of cloud engineers, promoting knowledge exchange in the Azure community, and contributing to organizational cloud standards.

☁️ Staying current with cloud computing trends and pursuing advanced Azure certifications with provided support and resources.

The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ A minimum of 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure expertise, with a track record of successful cloud migration projects.

⭐️ Deep knowledge of cloud architecture frameworks, Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, containerisation, CI/CD pipelines, networking, security and monitoring, and DevOps principles.

⭐️ Proven ability to evaluate cloud application requirements, provide architectural recommendations, and design cloud architectures from scratch.

⭐️ Experience leading small technical teams, mentoring cloud engineering teams, and driving architectural decision-making processes.

⭐️ Strong problem-solving abilities in complex technical environments and a hands-on mentality focused on practical implementation.

⭐️ Willingness to travel for project-related purposes as needed.

⭐️ Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with customers and conducting technical meetings with customer experts.

⭐️ A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification preferred.

⭐️ Fluency in German and English (business level).
