With an understanding of and interest in infrastructure, software delivery processes, programming languages and frameworks (especially Java / Spring), different tools and architectures, strong hands-on experience, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, you can take the right steps at different clients and in possibly unfamiliar situations.

You do not have to be the expert at everything yourself - we have quite some of these - but you need to be able to take the right steps for any given situation. 

Your daily tasks will include

☁️ developing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies with a focus on Java technologies 

☁️ collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable and sustainable solutions

☁️ providing technical leadership and guidance on best practices for software development processes, infrastructure and application architecture, and preferably Java application development

☁️ knowing a good set of tools and emerging technologies and use the right things for the job at hand

☁️ collaborating and communicating with the customer along each step of the way

☁️ aligning IT strategy with business goals, ensuring a high level of integration and standardization

The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ ideally a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields

⭐️ extensive hands-on experience with Java, including frameworks like Spring and Hibernate

⭐️ proven track record in enterprise architecture, demonstrating a pragmatic and strategic mindset

⭐️ strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools

⭐️ excellent communication and leadership skills

⭐️ fluency in both German and English
