Your daily tasks will include

☁️ Preparation, verification and filing of financial documents (invoices, notes, reports) and their compliance with regulations.

☁️ Generating and verifying invoices, liaising with clients to resolve discrepancies.

☁️ Monitoring of payments, preparation of transfers and instructions and liquidity management.

☁️ Collaborating with accounting, legal and other departments in analyses, forecasts and billing documentation.

☁️  Following internal procedures, reporting results and preparing documents for audits.

The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ Knowledge of tax and accounting legislation.

⭐️ 1-3 years of experience in an accounting position, preferably in an accounting office.

⭐️ Ability to analyse and solve financial problems.

⭐️ University degree (preferably in accounting, finance, taxation).

⭐️ Good knowledge of financial and accounting programs and MS Excel.

⭐️ Meticulousness, punctuality and ability to work under time pressure.

⭐️ Speak English and Polish fluently (at least C1)
