Senior Account Executive Germany (m/f/x)

Your daily tasks will include
☁️ Developing and executing a GTM trategy for Germany: Design and implement a strategic sales plan to effectively offer our entire portfolio for the German market
☁️ Generating New Business: starting from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals, personally engage with prospects and clients, leading by example with direct sales calls, meetings, and negotiations
☁️ Building and nurturing relationships: from establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the region to leveraging your network or your ability to build one
☁️ Regularly report on sales metrics, market feedback, and performance, ensuring ongoing optimization of sales processes
☁️ Working closely with our marketing and product teams to align strategies, create impactful sales collateral, and ensure market fit.
☁️ Working along with a team of passionate Account Executives with own customer and industry targets and provide guidance for an aligned Go To Market approach
The following will make you succeed in this role
⭐️ At least 5 years of experience in solution or consultative sales, ideally with an own network
⭐️ Motivation & drive with a passion for growth and achieving ambitious targets. You are enthusiastic, highly motivated, and committed to success
⭐️ Ability to implement a Go-to-Market Strategy and manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue management
⭐️Understand the customer's challenges and problems in emerging technologies. You offer solutions in your sales story and create value for our clients
⭐️ Experience in managing simultaneous exchanges with an array of stakeholders, internal and external, across long as well as short sales cycle deals
⭐️ Ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data (e.g. Hubspot) and experience with complex pursuit processes, proposal development, and presentations that win New Business
⭐️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English and the ability to work with people from different national and international locations
