Your daily tasks will include

☁️ being the interface to outsourced accounting as corporate banking processes (e.g. account administration, preparation of payment runs, etc.)

☁️ acting as the contact person for the tax advisor

☁️ responsibility for accounting (incoming and outgoing invoices)

☁️ handling the travel planning and billing

☁️ co-responsibility for orders

☁️ administrative tasks (data management, archiving, reporting)

☁️ supporting team leaders and management


The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ a completed commercial education or similar studies

⭐️ 3 years of professional experience on a similar position

⭐️ basic knowledge of accounting is required, preferably with IHK certificate

️⭐ excellent German and very good English skills (spoken and written)

⭐️ organizational talent

⭐️ an independent and structured way of working with intrinsic motivation

⭐️ familiarity with MS Office and the willingness to work with other tools as well (e.g. workday)
