Senior QA Automation Engineer (m/f/x)

Your daily tasks will include
☁️ Supporting development teams in terms of quality and testing,
☁️ Preparing test plans and test scenarios,
☁️ Design, build and maintain automated tests,
☁️ Reduce the backlog of manual regression tests,
☁️ Improve current automation practices by introducing best practices,
☁️ Actively analyze and improve stories/tests.
The following will make you succeed in this role
⭐️ 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international, multicultural environment with onsite and remote teams,
⭐️ Proficiency in Agile (Scrum, XP), DevOps, and performance testing,
⭐️ Strong expertise in testing Kafka-based applications and distributed systems,
⭐️ Hands-on experience with Cucumber, Selenium, JUnit, Java, and API testing (REST, gRPC, GraphQL) using Postman, RestAssured, or Karate,
⭐️ Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence) and contract testing frameworks,
⭐️ Knowledge of event sourcing, CQRS, BDD, and Gherkin-driven Agile methodologies,
⭐️ Solid understanding of manual testing principles and the software development lifecycle,
⭐️ Excellent English communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences,
⭐️ Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Dynatrace).
