As part of our People & Culture team, you’ll play a key role in building an exceptional employee experience — one that supports our growth and reflects our values.

Your daily tasks will include

☁️ support the People & Culture Business Partners throughout the entire employee lifecycle process, from onboarding to offboarding (such as part time requests, parental leave, etc.)

☁️ operate day to day tasks such as contract creation, contract management, employment reference and vacation certificates

☁️ prepare and create paychecks in close collaboration with our external tax and payroll office

☁️ be the go-to person for all People & Culture topics — approachable, helpful, and solutions-focused

☁️ help shape our internal policies and keep admin processes smooth, efficient, and future-ready

The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ 4+ years of relevant experience in HR or People & Culture, plus solid knowledge of local labor law

⭐️ excellent German (C2) and fluent English (C1) skills — both written and spoken, for working in an international team

⭐️ practical experience in Workday

⭐️ proven experience in streamlining HR processes

⭐️ a people-first mindset — you care deeply about employee wellbeing and creating a great workplace

⭐️ self-starter attitude — you see what’s missing, take initiative, and love making things better

⭐️ curiosity and flexibility — you enjoy variety and learning across different areas of People & Culture

⭐️ creativity and ownership — you bring fresh ideas and help turn them into action in a self-organized team

⭐️ strong communication skills — you’re clear, empathetic, and can explain complex things in a simple way
