Your daily tasks will include

☁️ Facilitate and lead Scrum events.
☁️ Identify and address impediments or roadblocks that hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
☁️ Support and advise PO regarding needs refinement and backlog management.
☁️ Shield the team from external distractions and interference, allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality work during each sprint.
☁️ Ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, promoting transparency, and minimizing misunderstandings.
☁️ Support team by delivering sprint goals successfully.
☁️ Support delivery understanding in an empirical context.
☁️ Establish key metrics for following team effectiveness (velocity, predictability, user satisfaction, team satisfaction, quality).
☁️ Encourage the team to regularly reflect on their processes and practices during Sprint Retrospectives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
☁️ Support the delivery team to become autonomous, organized and multidisciplinary.
☁️ Continuously improve standards and guidelines for way of working within and across teams.
☁️ Continuously coach the team to improve his way of working
☁️ Continuously assess the team and stakeholders’ agile maturity regarding practices, processes and agile values, including agile at scale.
☁️ Assist the organization in scaling Scrum practices as needed, adapting the frameworks as required.

The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ Experience as a scrum master for at least 3 years in software development and delivery environments and/or proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role, guiding agile transformations and driving change in software development and delivery environments,
⭐️ Very good understanding and experience with a variety of Agile approaches including Kanban & scaled Agile framework (Scrum of the scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Spotify scrum…)
⭐️ Experience in guiding others to deal with situations of conflict, ambiguity, and uncertainty.
⭐️ Strong understanding of various agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
⭐️ Fluent in English — spoken and written.
⭐️ Experience in using collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Miro.
⭐️ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum Master certification and/or Relevant certification (e.g. ICAgile, Certified Enterprise Coach, etc.)
