Your daily tasks will include

☁️ building sustainable, state-of-the-art software solutions using the .NET ecosystem

☁️ designing and developing cloud-native applications leveraging Microsoft Azure services

☁️ following agile methodologies, clean code principles, and test-driven development

☁️ constantly learning and developing your skills within a wide variety of customized software projects

☁️ building a relationship of trust with your team and allowing self-organized working

☁️ establishing and maintaining a good working relationship of trust with the client

The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ solving complex challenges while regularly and proactively giving and requesting feedback to continuously improve yourself and your team

⭐️ contributing to the company’s impact by coaching less experienced peers and establishing best practices

⭐️ deeply understanding both the technical requirements of each project and the business context behind them — because a great developer doesn’t just write code, but builds solutions that create real value

⭐️ knowledge of how to build web applications from scratch as well as architecting large-scale business applications backed by entrepreneurial understanding

⭐️ feeling the same love for C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET as we do — add some Blazor or Angular to make it look neat, but be open for React, Vue, or whatever comes next

⭐️ experience with Microsoft Azure — from App Services and Functions to Azure SQL, DevOps Pipelines, or containerized deployments

⭐️ curiosity and openness to expand your skills into Java and Kotlin, working on cross-technology projects when opportunities arise

⭐️ fluency in English
