Your daily tasks will include

☁️ analyzing and documenting current business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements to support organizational transformation

☁️ collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to support business decisions

☁️ preparing detailed reports, business cases, and presentations

☁️ conducting thorough analysis of business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks

☁️ reporting directly to our Chief of Staff

☁️ focusing on connecting/bridging the sales side (order entry) with our operations (revenue) – building up the whole logic incl. data cubes 

☁️ creating interfaces between the various data sources (e.g. CRM, PSA, HCM,..)

☁️ ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security in all analyses and reports

☁️ staying updated with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices

The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field

⭐️ proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI and others)

⭐️ experience in Snowflake / Databricks / Fabric or others

⭐️ proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus

⭐️ ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

⭐️ excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in an understandable manner

⭐️ fluency in German and English as well as ability to work with people from different national and international locations
