About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with clients, engineers, and business developers to design cutting-edge software, data, and cloud solutions. As we expand our client base in the Netherlands, you will also assist our business developers with pre-sales activities.

Your daily task will include

☁️ lead technical refinements and architectural sessions to ensure projects stay on track and meet requirements

☁️ collaborate with customers, users, and Scrum team members to identify, analyze, understand, and specify project requirements

☁️ propose alternative solutions to overcome professional or technical obstacles that arise during projects

☁️ attend client meetings and provide technical architectural solutions

☁️ assist the senior business development team with pre-sales activities to secure new clients

☁️ visualize processes and requirements to enhance communication and understanding among team members and stakeholders

☁️ be the go-to person for technical questions and provide technical support to your team

☁️ ensure projects adhere to our technical quality standards, such as test-driven development

☁️ design sustainable, state-of-the-art software solutions

☁️ provide technical leadership and guide your team in their professional growth

The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ fluency in Dutch and English (Dutch is a must for client interactions)

⭐️ proficiency in designing and communicating software architecture in cloud systems to all stakeholders

⭐️ ability to estimate the financial impact of architecture alternatives

⭐️ in-depth knowledge of analytics, object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and modularization

⭐️ hands-on experience with container technologies (Kubernetes) and ideally with Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, Google)

⭐️ residency in or around Amsterdam to collaborate effectively with your team

⭐️ insight into current and future technology trends, especially in sales contexts

⭐️ ability to understand complex topics and processes, and translate them into actionable insights

⭐️ detail-oriented with a strong grasp of the big picture

⭐️ experience in starting software development projects from scratch and set standards for successful project delivery
