To continue this journey of growth and impact, we’re excited to expand our team and are looking for a passionate Senior Account Executive to join us in Austria!
Your daily tasks will include
☁️ generating New Business opportunities: starting from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals, personally engaging with prospects and clients, leading by example with direct sales calls, meetings, and negotiations
☁️ conducting customer-specific research: based on Cloudflights’ ideal customer profile including identifying digital business models and contacts to conducting outreach
☁️ establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers in the region, leveraging your network or your ability to build one
☁️ regularly reporting on sales metrics, market feedback, and performance, ensuring ongoing optimization of sales processes
☁️ working closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies, create impactful sales collateral, and ensure market fit
The following will make you succeed in this role
⭐️ at least 5 years of experience in solution or consultative sales, ideally with an own network in Austria
⭐️ excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English and the ability to work with people from different national and international locations
⭐️ motivation & drive with a passion for growth and achieving ambitious targets. You are enthusiastic, highly motivated, and committed to success
⭐️ ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue management
⭐️ understand the customer's challenges in emerging technologies. You offer solutions in your sales story and create value for our clients
⭐️ experience in managing simultaneous exchanges with an array of stakeholders, internal and external, across long as well as short sales cycle deals
⭐️ ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data (e.g. Hubspot) and experience with complex pursuit processes, proposal development, and presentations that win new business

Austria: The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is €62.790 gross/year in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.
